Campaign Design
Brand Reinforcement Campaign
The goal of this project was to consolidate 10 cause brands into one, and then educate the users on all the giving opportunities GreaterGood offers.
I empowered my team to connect with our audience and this is what they found.
More than 50% of users browse more than one brand
75% of users are from the animal brand
25% of users show an interest in all the brands
Solution
We optimized the user experience by minimizing the amount of steps to support multiple cause brands. The original 10 cause brands each had a different persona. Those have been consolidated into one store and live under the “Grace” persona.
